The main event of the summer will be the Bal Érotique, which will be held on Sunday September 2nd, 2012 at the luxurious Auberge St Gabriel / Velvet, owned by Guy Laliberté.

On June 15th, Monde Osé is proud to support the launch of a new couples lifestyle website entitled Venuscouples.com. Their launch event will be a wine and cheese cocktail (sponsored by Barefoot wines) and feature a presentation about Desire Resorts` newest property: DESIRE PEARL. This will be a couples only event with ALL proceeds going to the Sexual Health Network of Quebec. Only 50 couples will have the luxury of attending this event. On July 1st, Monde Osé had planned to export the Burlesque Ball to Quebec City. However, due to circumstances outside of our control, we have decided to postpone this event until further notice. Instead, we will be replacing this event with a hands on 3 day sexual education workshop.
From July 20 – 22nd, Monde Osé will be offering, for the first time in Quebec, a Level 1 Tantra workshop entitled TANTRA 4 AWAKENING. During the month of May 2012, Frank Mondeose went into a deep intensive training in Sedona, Arizona to study the Ancient Temple Arts of Tantra, Sacred Sexuality and Sexual Healing. This course will be given by one of his mentors from Sedona, who has been a shaman and tantra instructor over the better part of the last 20 years.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Tantra, here is a broad explanation:
Tantra teaches that sexual energy is our life-force energy and shows us how to access this life-force energy. We learn how to connect to it through the area at the base of our spines and channel it through the seven primary energy centers in our body which are called “Chakras.” In Tantra, we explore the Chakras and learn how to access the wisdom they contain. As we expand our knowledge and connection to our chakras we are more secure, able to live with purpose and with an open-heart, and access inner guidance. In terms of our sexuality, Tantric practices help us open up and experience more ecstasy in our bodies. We learn how to contain our sexual energy rather than expelling it. We learn how we can be relaxed in high states of arousal and expand beyond what we previously thought was possible. These tools move us beyond mere sexual pleasure into the realm of spiritual awakening. We discover how to transform sexual energy into spiritual ecstasy.
